Myanmar Popular Singer, Sone Thin Par said that she is going to hold her wedding ceremony after Thingyan Festival (Burmese New Year Festival) in Yangon. Sone Thin Par arrived back Yangon from U.S.A Performance Tour on February 25, 2010 and she performed altogether 12 Concerts in U.S.A. Sone Thin Par also added that she has plan to visit Australia if she gets the Visa during this month, March.

I give a vote that she is not the best singer in myanmar. Not because of she is Chin just because of her voice I think that she is not the best singer. I am Kachin lady. I don't know how burmese and chins live in USA and how they behave. But I can surely tell you about most burmese (90%) and chins in a country where i am now. Many chins can be good educated everywhere they are. They got good grades in many schools and universities. Many chins are studying hard. They are very good in foreign language. They rival others not for clothes and their physical belongings but for how good they educated. I respect most of chins.
But burmese people always try to compare themselves to others for their clothes and gold, etc. They have big mouths. But they are really nothing. I don't hate burmese but I respect chins. I just write honestly what I experienced here. I don't mean all chins and burmese but most of them.
I forget one more thing to tell you. There are many chin social communities in this country. All chins unite strongly in their communities, never break up, even though they have personal problems among them. They always try to find the way to solve the problem. But many burmese communities are already breaked up. They fight each other for money and for the position of chairman or something in their community. And burmese people never try to solve the problem but rival one another. I mean not all burmese social communities but many.

after reading all these comments, I realized how rude the burma people are. To talk about chin people, there are alot of chins around the wolrd who are ahead of the real burmese. Thay are the ones who made the name Burma popular because of the awy they live thier life with honestly and faithfulness. Until today, no matter how the real burmese people say or hate them, they still stand for their own country, not even just for their own race. I am from the US, and when all the monks were killed, all the burmese people were supposed to protest in the countries that theyr in, most of the poeple that protested and fund raises were chin people. One day, thses chin people will change Burma thru everything that they do. They have been a good model for the whole wolrd in the name of Burma. I am not saying others arent trying hard or anything, but just because u dont like one chin person or just because u've met one bad chin person, u cant use the name CHIN and hate them.
