lol even though i see pyay ti oo as playboy, he could not have been sleeping with all the girls that you mentioned. He dont have enough time to fool around with so many girls. I think he and thet mon myint really used to be an item when pyay ti oo just got the fame and success but broke up due to whatever reasons. Anyway i am disgusted by his behavior and nay toe has taken the place as my favorite burmese actor. On a side note quite glad that he will accept less film offer next year.
